We are currently recruiting EASA-licensed AS350 B3 Pilots for rotational firefighting operations conducted under Day VFR in Turkey.

Position Overview

As an AS350 B3 Pilot, you will be engaged in critical aerial firefighting missions, operating in a single-pilot environment under demanding operational conditions. This role requires strong technical expertise, situational awareness, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct firefighting missions in compliance with operational procedures and local regulations
  • Perform single-pilot operations under Day VFR conditions
  • Ensure safe and efficient flight operations in high-pressure and dynamic environments
  • Maintain continuous situational awareness and sound decision-making during missions
  • Comply with EASA regulations and company operational standards
  • Contribute to Safety Management System (SMS) practices, including hazard reporting and risk mitigation
  • Ensure proper use of aircraft equipment and adherence to maintenance reporting procedures

Candidate Requirements

  • Valid EASA CPL(H) or ATPL(H)
  • Minimum 1,000 hours PIC
  • Minimum 100 PIC hours on AS350
  • Current AS350 type rating
  • Previous firefighting experience (strong advantage)
  • HESLO 1 / 2
  • Proven ability to operate in single-pilot, mission-critical environments
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence
