DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Evesham (hybrid), £32-36k, Perm, 8.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in Evesham, UK. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for managing and implementing various digital marketing strategies to drive growth and increase brand awareness for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Utilize CMS tools such as Zoho to create and update website content, ensuring it is engaging and optimized for search engines.

- Conduct keyword research and use SEMrush to develop effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and drive organic traffic.

- Utilize Dynamics 365 to track and analyze website performance, making data-driven decisions to improve overall digital marketing efforts.

- Plan and execute A/B testing for various marketing campaigns to optimize conversion rates and improve ROI.

- Utilize segmentation techniques to target specific audiences and personalize marketing messages for maximum impact.

- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to engage with customers and drive sales.

- Manage ecommerce platforms, ensuring product listings are accurate and optimized for maximum visibility.

- Utilize social media platforms to promote brand awareness and engage with customers.

- Utilize basic WordPress skills to make website updates and improvements.

- Constantly generate new and innovative ideas to improve our digital marketing efforts and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B setting.

- Strong understanding of CMS tools, such as Zoho, and experience with SEMrush and Dynamics 365.

- Experience with A/B testing and segmentation techniques.

- Proficiency in email marketing and social media management.

- Basic knowledge of WordPress and website maintenance.

- Creative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
