Role and Impact:

As a Tech Lead you will play a pivotal role in our backend team, contributing to our Research and Development process to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. Beyond delivering high-quality software, you will collaborate with key project team stakeholders and take the lead in aligning initiatives.

What You Will Do:

• Solve complex problems in a high-performing and high-risk environment.
• Lead technical design sessions and research technical solutions for short-term projects.
• Enforce and improve the company's coding culture.
• Lead planning and estimating sessions for short-term projects.
• Ensure the team meets provided estimations.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Over 7 years of commercial experience with a strong understanding of .Net and C#.
• Production experience with Azure and the ability to design a modern cloud-based app.
• Exceptional understanding of Git for source code management.
• Proficiency in debugging and problem-solving.
• Knowledge of coding standards, best practices, patterns, and anti-patterns.
• Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD) with commercial experience.
• Deep understanding of NoSQL and SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Microservices Architecture (MSA) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience with architecting and implementing scalable systems using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proven experience in leading a team of three or more.

Bonus Points:

• Competency in at least one frontend framework.
• Stackoverflow reputation of 100+.
• Participation in open-source development.
