Bloom Education is now recruiting for qualified and experienced Head of Inclusion positions for our Ajyal Schools based in the Northern Emirates, due to open in August 2024.

Responsibilities:

  • A commitment to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion
  • To articulate a vision for their specialist area of Inclusion in the context of the schools ethos and vision
  • Lead, manage, co-ordinate, maintain, develop, monitor and evaluate the progress made for children within the Inclusion Department
  • To make a full contribution to the processes of planning, resource management, policy development and implementation across the school through the effective leadership and management of the Inclusion Team 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Experience of building relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers
  • The ability to build the trust of community groups
  • Self-motivation and an ability to use initiative
  • flexibility and the ability to work across all levels and meet changing requirements

Requirements:

  • BA in Education OR PGCE, alongside a Special Education Qualification
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 3 years of experience in a Senior Leadership position
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to write detailed reports
  • Must be fluent in both Arabic and English
