Curriculum Instructional Coach KG & Transition

Al Narjes School is recruiting a passionate and experienced Curriculum Instructional Coach to join our Charter Schools in Al Ain January 2026.

Requirements:

• Relevant BA Degree & PGCE (or equivalent)
• Significant experience in early years/KG education, preferably including curriculum coaching or instructional leadership
• Minimum two years postgraduate teaching experience (experience with the American curriculum would be an advantage)
• Strong communication, mentoring and leadership skills
