Job Description:

As the Energy and Infrastructure Recruitment Consultant at Boardroom Appointments, you will be instrumental in leading and growing this division. 


Your responsibilities will encompass:

- Strategic Development: Crafting and implementing strategies to establish and expand our recruitment services within the energy and infrastructure sectors.

- Business Development: Proactively engaging in activities to attract and secure top-tier clients within the energy, construction, mining, engineering, and infrastructure domains.

- Recruitment Execution: Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing to successful placement, specializing in roles across renewable energy, oil and gas, construction, mining and engineering fields.

- Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with industry-specific clients to understand and fulfil their recruitment needs with precision and expertise.

- Market Leadership: Positioning Boardroom Appointments as a preferred recruitment partner in the energy and infrastructure sectors through innovative sourcing techniques and exceptional service delivery.

- Team Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies that align with the broader goals of Boardroom Appointments.

Key Requirements:

- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Recruitment Consultant, with a strong preference for specialists in the energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors.

- Recruitment Expertise: Profound knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment techniques tailored to the technical and engineering fields.

- Professional Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of fostering long-term client partnerships.

- Performance Orientation: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment, demonstrating success in business development and key account management.

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, with significant relevance to the energy and infrastructure industries.
