About the job Marketing & Communication Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Communications Manager who can manage our online and offline communication with clients and increase Carsome Thailand brand awareness. Marketing Communications responsibilities include distributing promotional material, responding to customers’ queries and comments on social media and networking during marketing events. If you have experience in identifying and building long-term relationships with target audiences, we’d love to meet you.


What You Will Do

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, best practices or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
  • Event management experience from planning, execution and measurement.
  • Proficient in English and Thai with exceptional writing and editing skills. 
  • Develop and manage strategic communications plan and strategy.
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships related to content placement and community.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Measure, track and report the success of every social media campaign.
  • Plan, execute and measure lead generation campaigns and all marketing activities across all Carsome Thailand’s channels, including social media, website, email, event and beyond.
  • Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in offline and online media, including but not limited to
  • Coordinating all communications, PR and social media activities
  • Leveraging existing media relationships and cultivating new contacts within business and industry media.
  • Managing media enquiries and interview requests
  • Creating content for press releases, articles, briefing documents, reports, keynote presentations, etc.
  • Work closely with HQ on messaging alignment.
  • Monitor, analyse, and communicate PR and social media results and performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Evaluate opportunities for content partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising on an on-going basis.
  • Build relationships with thought leaders to grow industry awareness.
  • Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting Carsome and make appropriate recommendations to communications and channels strategies surrounding them.
  • Manage other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

 

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-year experience in marketing communication, PR and campaign management
  • Proven track record designing and executing successful PR and social media campaigns at both a local and national level.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, best practices and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers.
  • Must be proficient in English and Thai with exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Event management experience from planning, execution and measurement
  • Strong MS Excel and data analysis skills
  • Attention to details, strategic thinking and highly responsible
  • Able to work well with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
  • Knowledge in SEO and SEM is a plus (have certificate is advantage)
