Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand management, social media, PR & events, and performance marketing initiatives in Baghdad-Iraq. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Fashion and Cosmetics industries (Exposure to Technology Industry will be a plus). You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Management:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with the company's vision and goals.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, enhancing brand positioning within the market.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in fashion, cosmetics, and technology.
    • Create, implement, and oversee social media campaigns that engage target audiences and drive brand awareness.
    • Manage content creation, ensuring that it aligns with brand guidelines and trends in the fashion and tech industries.
    • Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
      • Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and other stakeholders to promote the brand through press releases, interviews, and event sponsorships.
      • Plan and execute PR initiatives, including media events, product launches, and brand collaborations.
      • Represent the brand at key industry events, ensuring positive media coverage and brand alignment.
        • Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing channels (PPC, SEO, SEM, paid social, etc.).
        • Manage and optimize marketing campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs), such as lead generation, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
        • Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to ensure optimal results.
          • Work closely with product, sales, and creative teams to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives.
          • Provide leadership to the marketing team, fostering innovation and creativity in all marketing efforts.

          Qualifications:

          • Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
          • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, social media, PR, and performance marketing.
          • Strong experience in both the technology and fashion/cosmetics industries.
          • Proven success in managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and traditional platforms and launching products and brands.
          • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling brand narratives.
          • Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and report on marketing performance.
          • Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

          Skills:

          • Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
          • Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
          • Experience working with influencers and managing brand partnerships in the fashion and beauty space.
          • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing trends.
          • The Ability to oversee multiple projects, and insure we are completed on time within the budget.
          • Strategic thinking, long-term marketing plan, ability to develop long term marketing strategy aligned with marketing goals.
          • Analytical skills, analyzing marketing trends, customer behavior and campaign performance to make data driven decisions.
          • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
          • Digital marketing knowledge of marketing tools and techniques including SEO, SEM, social media and content marketing.
          • Budget management.
          • Brand management: skills in developing and maintaining strong brand identity and voice.
