Job Overview

We are seeking Licensed Seasonal ACA Sales Agents to manage inbound sales calls during the 2025-2026 Open Enrollment Period (OEP). Agents will assist clients with ACA health plan enrollments, educate customers, and provide guidance on available carriers and ancillary products.

Outstanding performers who meet and exceed compliance and sales metrics during OEP may be considered for a permanent, full-time opportunity.

Requirements

  • Active Health Insurance License (Life License a plus).
  • 2026 FFM Certification required.
  • Contracting ability with major Marketplace carriers (Ambetter, Molina, Oscar, BCBS, etc.).
  • Ability to handle high call volume and upsell ancillary products (Dental, Vision, Accident).
  • Licensed in a minimum of 10 states.
  • Equipment required: PC, dual monitors, headset, and reliable high-speed internet.

Responsibilities

  • Respond exclusively to inbound sales calls (no outbound).
  • Educate customers on available ACA plans.
  • Enroll clients in compliant plans across multiple carriers.
  • Provide superior customer service while meeting performance and compliance standards.

Compensation

  • ACA Enrollments: Tiered structure starting at $20-$25 per enrollment (paid bi-weekly).
  • Ancillaries: Monthly paid bonuses.
  • SPIFFS: Weekly & monthly performance bonuses.
