Challender Recruitment is seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a leading automotive bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out all panel repair work to manufacturer standards.
• Use body alignment equipment and welding tools to restore vehicles to their original condition.
• Replace or repair damaged panels, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations.

What Were Looking For:

1. Proven experience as a Panel Beater within an automotive bodyshop.
2. Ability to work with a variety of repair methods including welding and filler techniques.
3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
4. ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential).
5. A positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
