Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Panel Beater to join our Accident Repair Centre team. As a Car Panel Beater, you will be responsible for meticulously repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition, ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly inspect vehicles to comprehensively assess the extent of damage.
  • Effectively repair or replace damaged panels, frames, and other structural components.
  • Utilise body filler and other materials to meticulously repair minor dents and scratches.
  • Remove and replace damaged mechanical and electrical components as necessary.
  • Align frames and chassis to adhere strictly to manufacturer specifications.
  • Prepare repaired vehicles for meticulous painting.
  • Ensure that all work is meticulously completed to an exceptional standard and in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
  • Regularly maintain and service equipment and tools.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Car Panel Beater in an Accident Repair Centre or a similar environment.
  • Proficiency in vehicle repair techniques and processes.
  • Proficiency in utilising a diverse range of hand and power tools.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to consistently work to a high standard.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with welding equipment and techniques.
  • Adaptability to fast-paced environments and adherence to tight deadlines.
  • Valid driving license.
