About the Role

Were looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, reputable accident repair centre. This is a customer-facing role where youll be the key contact between clients, insurers, and the workshop team ensuring a smooth, efficient repair journey from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and manage enquiries (in person, phone, and email)
  • Provide updates on repair progress and liaise with insurers
  • Raise job cards and input data accurately into management systems
  • Arrange courtesy cars, collect excess payments, and manage claims paperwork
  • Support the team with scheduling and customer communications
  • Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

What Were Looking For

  • Previous experience in a bodyshop, dealership, or insurance environment (preferred)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Confident with IT systems and admin processes
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
