About the Role
Were looking for a friendly, organised, and professional Customer Service Advisor to join a busy, reputable accident repair centre. This is a customer-facing role where youll be the key contact between clients, insurers, and the workshop team ensuring a smooth, efficient repair journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage enquiries (in person, phone, and email)
- Provide updates on repair progress and liaise with insurers
- Raise job cards and input data accurately into management systems
- Arrange courtesy cars, collect excess payments, and manage claims paperwork
- Support the team with scheduling and customer communications
- Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
What Were Looking For
- Previous experience in a bodyshop, dealership, or insurance environment (preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent organisation and time management
- Confident with IT systems and admin processes
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team player with a professional, customer-focused attitude
