Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced Bodyshop Prepper with the ability to polish to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicle surfaces for polishing, selecting appropriate polishing materials and techniques, and achieving desired finish levels. Additionally, the candidate will need to maintain equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for polishing by sanding, filling, and masking as necessary.
- Select and apply polishing compounds and techniques to achieve desired finish levels.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bodyshop Prepper with polishing experience.
- Proficiency in surface preparation techniques, including sanding and filling.
- Ability to select and apply appropriate polishing compounds and techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
