About the Role
Challender Recruitment is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join a leading automotive bodyshop team in Aldershot. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and friendly service.
- Manage bookings, schedule repairs, and keep customers updated throughout the process.
- Liaise with insurance companies and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Handle administrative tasks including invoicing, job cards, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate records in line with company standards.

- Previous experience in a customer service role within the automotive or bodyshop sector is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- IT literate with experience using CRM systems.
