Employee Benefits Solutions Manager (Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh)
Job Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand the Employee Benefits business, including Healthcare and Life Insurance.
- Business Scheme Development: Collaborate with the GD, GM, and related teams to establish and enhance healthcare products, services, and operational processes.
- Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify prospective clients, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets. Sales KPIs will be implemented from 2027.
- Account Management: Manage policy renewals, strengthen client relationships, and maximize cross-selling opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management: Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Others: Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor's degree in insurance, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in Insurance are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of experiences in healthcare insurance, preferably in an insurance company or insurance brokerage.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Salary range: 50M above
- 8 working hours/day, 5 days/week.

- Paid leave: up to 15 days/year.

- Annual bonus: up to result of company and your performance, it will be decided and paid twice a year in April and December as Company regulation.
