Senior Sales Leader (IT Solution / HCMC)

 Job Description:

1. Position Objective

Represent the company in proactively developing the B2B market and driving revenue growth through the delivery of high-quality training solutions. The role is also responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with large enterprises, technology corporations, government agencies, and public-sector organizations.

2. Key Responsibilities

a. Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Lead the planning, development, and execution of sales strategies for Corporate Training products and services to achieve assigned revenue targets.
  • Proactively identify, approach, and expand new business opportunities, focusing on key target segments including Government Agencies, Public Organizations, Telecommunications Corporations, and Information Technology (IT) Companies.
b. Client Relationship Management
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen long-term strategic partnerships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
c. Product Development & Market Research
  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts to research market trends, emerging technologies, and corporate upskilling demands.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for the development of new training solutions that align with market needs and business objectives.
d. Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to implement sales initiatives, enhance service quality, and improve customer experience.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management Team.

3. Requirements

a. Education
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
b. Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Sales, Business Development, or Market Development roles within one or more of the following industries:

    • IT Hardware
    • Software
    • Technology Solutions
    • IT Training Services
  • Experience and strong knowledge of the Corporate Training market is highly preferred.
c. Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing network and strong relationships with:

    • IT companies and technology corporations
    • Government organizations and public-sector clients
    • Telecommunications operators and service providers
d. Skills
  • Good command of English, especially listening and speaking skills.
  • Ability to communicate and work directly with international partners is highly preferred.
  • Strong business planning and sales management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to engage and persuade senior decision-makers, including C-level executives and department heads.

4. Compensation & Benefits

a. Compensation
  • Base Salary: VND 20–30 million/month
  • Fixed Monthly KPI Bonus
  • Quarterly Performance Bonus
  • Annual Performance Bonus
