1. Job Description

   • Conduct product feasibility studies and prepare technical evaluation reports.

   • Review product and tooling designs to ensure manufacturability and process optimization.

   • Lead process development and implementation, prepare process documentation (work instructions, SOPs, etc.), ensure on-time sample delivery, and resolve technical issues during development.

   • Coordinate the transfer of new products to the production launch team during pilot runs, ensuring all technical documentation and production data are complete and up to date.

   • Conduct trial builds, optimize manufacturing processes, and capture lessons learned throughout the product development cycle.

   • Support R&D projects and other technical improvement initiatives within the Engineering Department.

2. Requirements

   • College degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

   • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer, R&D Engineer, Development Engineer, or in a similar product/process development role within a manufacturing environment.

   • Hands-on experience in product forming/shaping processes.

   • Proficient in 2D/3D CAD software. AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with SolidWorks is an advantage.

   • Good knowledge of APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PPAP (is preferred).

   • Strong understanding of composite materials, laminate structures, and lay-up manufacturing processes.

   • Hands-on experience with 100% manual lay-up processes is required. Candidates with experience only in automated lay-up or automated production processes are not suitable.

   • Intermediate English communication skills, with the ability to read and understand technical documents.

   • Good communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

3. Benefits

   • Report to: Technical Section Manager

   • Salary: 20–25 million VND gross/month.

   • Working schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:20 AM – 4:48 PM (finish at 4:00 PM on Fridays).

   • Company shuttle bus from Bien Hoa, Thu Duc (Cantavil/Crossroad), and Ba Ria.

   • Year-end bonus: 13 salary month (fixed)

   • 12 days of annual leave per year.

   • Social Insurance based on 70% of the total salary package after successful completion of the probation period.

   • PVI healthcare insurance after successful completion of the probation period.
