1. Job Description

   • IT infrastructure management: Manage and maintain office network, server room, meeting rooms, printing, access control, and surveillance systems.

   • Desktop & user support: Troubleshoot computers, Windows, Outlook and software issues; support employees and important meetings; improve office IT services.

   • Network management: Configure and troubleshoot Wide Area Network and Local Area Network, including routers, Layer 3 switches, VLANs, wireless networks, and network monitoring systems.

   • Server & facility management: Manage servers, Windows/Linux systems, virtual machines, storage, backup-related infrastructure, and server room facilities including UPS, power, ventilation and fire safety.

   • Meeting & office administration: Set up video conferencing and meeting systems, including projection, audio, lighting and online meeting platforms; support office administration and company events.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

   • Desktop support: Strong experience troubleshooting computer hardware, Windows, Outlook and common software issues; Microsoft certifications are an advantage.

   • Network: Good knowledge of router configuration, routing, Layer 3 switches, VLAN, wireless networks and network troubleshooting; Huawei or Cisco network certifications are an advantage.

   • Servers & systems: Experience with RAID, Windows, Linux, virtual machines, DHCP and Domain Controller configuration.

   • IT facilities: Knowledge of server room planning, UPS capacity, power, ventilation and fire safety; experience with network printers, access control and CCTV systems.

   • Communication: Good communication and problem-solving skills; able to communicate in Chinese and English; proficient in basic office software.
