Project Sales Director (VRF Systems)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop VRF business and expand market presence
- Build relationships with consultants, contractors, and investors
- Provide technical consultation and solutions
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Monitor project progress and payments
- Develop strategic plans for VRF business growth
- Manage customer feedback and after-sales service
- Lead and develop sales team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HVAC experience
- Strong network in HVAC industry
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Leadership and team management ability
