1. Job Description

   • Design and implement Enterprise Network solutions, including Backbone, Metro, WAN, SRv6 and DCN.

   • Provide technical support for post-sales activities, including solution design, network deployment and service migration.

   • Install, configure, commission and troubleshoot routers, switches and network management platforms.

   • Design, deploy and migrate networks based on core IP routing protocols: OSPF, IS-IS and BGP.

   • Support enterprise customers with incident response, troubleshooting, problem resolution and network performance tuning.

   • Conduct complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).

   • Coordinate with R&D and technical escalation teams to resolve complex technical issues.

   • Conduct customer/partner training, technical workshops and knowledge-transfer sessions.

   • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including: Network design documents, Operation manuals, Configuration/change records.

   • Support multiple technical tasks/projects and travel to customer sites when required.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related fields.

   • 3–5 years of experience in Enterprise Networking / Network Infrastructure / Network Security.

   • Strong knowledge of: Routing & Switching, OSPF, IS-IS, BGP, WAN / Metro / Backbone, Network Security, Wireless.

   • Hands-on experience in network design, deployment, configuration, migration and troubleshooting.

   • Strong ability in complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

   • Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.

   • Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

   • Willingness to travel when required.

   • Preferred: Experience with SDN / Network Automation.

   • Preferred: Experience with network management platforms such as iMaster NCE or equivalent.

   • Preferred: Experience supporting enterprise customers in a post-sales / technical support / solution delivery capacity.

   • Preferred: Experience delivering technical training or workshops.
