1. Job Description

   • Develop, implement and maintain the company's internal compliance manual in accordance with the Law on Insurance Business and relevant regulations.

   • Prepare and submit periodic and ad-hoc legal/compliance reports to relevant regulatory authorities.

   • Review and provide legal advice on service agreements with insurance companies and brokerage service agreements with clients.

   • Act as the focal point for Personal Data Protection compliance, including DPIA and internal data handling procedures.

   • Provide legal updates and guidance to Sales, IT, HR, Accounting and other departments to mitigate operational risks.

   • Manage insurance brokerage license maintenance, amendments and renewal procedures.

   • Support periodic compliance monitoring and internal control reviews; follow up on identified issues and coordinate remediation actions.

   • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree in Law is required.

   • At least 4–6 years of experience in Legal or Compliance, preferably within the insurance industry (insurance companies or brokerages).

   • Solid understanding of the Law on Insurance Business and relevant Vietnamese laws and regulations.

   • Native Vietnamese and Upper-Intermediate English, with the ability to draft legal documents and reports.

   • Experience in direct communication with regulatory authorities is an advantage.

   • Experience in internal control or compliance monitoring is preferred.

   • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to provide practical solutions.

   • Proactive, ethical and able to work independently.

   • Good training and communication skills.
