1. Job Description

   • Lead sourcing projects, track market trends, and take proactive actions to develop and maintain a sustainable supply base.

   • Develop and implement contract management strategies and policies, while effectively negotiating prices with suppliers.

   • Monitor supplier performance to ensure adherence to safety, quality, pricing, delivery schedules, commercial terms, and other contractual obligations.

   • Create and sustain long-term vendor relationships, oversee vendor selection and evaluation, and drive continuous improvement policies.

   • Combine with sourcing specialists/managers to analyze and regularly update management on market trends and price changes.

   • Support sourcing specialists/managers in preparing management reports and presentations.

   • Other requirements from supervisors.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree or higher in Procurement, Purchasing, Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.

   • At least 3 years of experience in sourcing, material supplier/sub-contractor development, and project management, preferably within multinational or large manufacturing organizations.

   • Have experience in material sourcing for the Printing, Paper Products, and Toys & Gifts industries is an advantage.

   • Detail-oriented with a strong, data-driven approach.

   • Results-focused, collaborative, and a quick learner with strong teamwork skills.

   • Good at reading, writing, and speaking Chinese.

3. Benefits

   • Salary range: 30-40mil gross

   • 13th-month salary, 12 days of annual leave.
