RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and oversee all SMT production line activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and schedules are met.

• Assign tasks, manage manpower, and monitor team members’ performance and attendance.

• Monitor and control production output, quality, and delivery schedules, and promptly address issues arising during production.

• Coordinate closely with relevant departments, including PE, QA, SMT, Repair, and Warehouse, to ensure smooth and continuous production operations.

• · Monitor, consolidate, and report production-related issues to the management team in a timely manner.

• Ensure employees comply with 5S, occupational safety regulations, internal policies, and production procedures.

• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to improve their technical skills, productivity, and compliance with work procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Gender: Male/Female.

• Age: 30–45 years old.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in SMT manufacturing or a similar position.

• Proven experience in team management, manpower allocation, and employee training.

• Strong ability to manage a team, assign tasks, and monitor production progress.

• Good problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.

• Good English communication skills; Korean language skills are an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Benefits:

• Salary: VND 30-40 million/month + overtime allowance.

• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).

• 13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.

• Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.

• Company shuttle bus provided from Hải Phòng city to the factory.
