Oversee all SMT production operations, including production planning, delivery schedules, workforce management, quality control, equipment, and material availability.
Analyze production capacity, identify process issues, implement improvement initiatives, and develop solutions to meet production targets while resolving operational challenges.
Lead and manage the production organization, including approximately 20 supervisors, 50 staff members, and 250 operators, ensuring production output, product quality, and on-time delivery.
Coach, develop, and evaluate team performance to enhance employees' skills and overall productivity.
Drive 5S implementation, continuous improvement, productivity enhancement, and cost reduction initiatives across the production department.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Further details will be discussed during the interview.
Requirements
Male, aged 30–45.
Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SMT manufacturing, including experience in a similar managerial position.
Strong leadership, people management, and employee training and development skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English; Korean language skills are an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with the capability to work effectively under pressure.
Benefits
Salary: VND 35-45 million/month (included OT)
Working hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 24 working days per month (off 4 Sundays and 2 alternating Saturdays).
13th-month salary and 12 annual leave days per year.
Social insurance in accordance with Vietnamese labor law and 24/24 health insurance coverage.
Company shuttle bus provided from Hai Phong city to the factory.
