1. Job Description

   • Lead New Product Development (NPD) for wiring harness projects in the automotive components sector.

   • Manage project timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.

   • Collaborate with OEM/Tier-1 customers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

   • Oversee the design, development, and manufacturing processes of wiring harnesses, connectors, terminals, and circuits.

   • Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives within the NPD team.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, Mechanical Engineering or related field.

   • 5+ years of experience in automotive components, preferably NPD/Wiring Harness.

   • Strong knowledge of automotive wiring harness, connectors, terminals, circuits and manufacturing processes.

   • Strong NPD/project management, problem-solving and team leadership skills.

   • Good English communication, MS Office/Excel skills; experience with OEM/Tier-1 customers is preferred.
