1. Job descriptions

   • Perform dimensional measurements and inspect product technical specifications based on technical drawings and standards.

   • Operate and manage measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, 2D/3D measuring machines, CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), profile projectors/contour measuring instruments, height gauges, and related devices.

   • Develop measurement methods and establish measurement standards for new products.

   • Analyze measurement results, identify dimensional and technical deviations, and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.

   • Monitor equipment status, perform inspections, calibrations, and maintenance of measuring tools to ensure the accuracy of measurement results.

   • Prepare measurement reports, manage and archive measurement data; reconcile and consolidate inspection results.

   • Support root cause analysis for deviations/issues during the measurement process and propose continuous improvement plans.

   • Participate in the evaluation and validation of new products, ensuring they fully meet technical requirements.

   • Guide and train operators on the correct and safe usage of measuring equipment.

2. Requirements

   • Education: College degree or higher.

   • Experience: Proven experience working in a manufacturing environment.

   • Language: Proficiency in Chinese (listening, speaking, reading, writing) equivalent to HSK 4 or above, capable of using it for daily work communication.

   • Highly responsible, careful, detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

   • Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle arising situations.

   • Long-term commitment and stable career orientation with the Company.

3. Benefits & Perks

   • Work Location: Hai Duong.

   • Salary: 20,000,000 – 28,000,000 VND/month.

   • Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday + two Saturday mornings per month.

   • 13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave.

   • Statutory Social Insurance, with contributions starting from the probation period.

   • Salary reviews and promotion opportunities twice a year.
