I. Job Responsibilities

1. Develop Commercial Policies and Standards

• Coordinate with the Market Research & Development Department to update market information (pricing, policies, product quality classification trends, industry competitors).
• Advise the Board of Directors on commercial policies and standards to support business development in achieving the company's objectives.

2. Manage Procurement, Multi-region Supply Activities, and Support Purchasing Operations

• Ensure the supply of resources, materials, and products according to customer needs and expectations.
• Identify and advise the Board of Directors on opportunities to improve supply chain processes in order to optimize efficiency and enhance the company's competitive advantage.

3. Develop and Implement Specific Procurement Strategies in Assigned Regions

• Analyze procurement market data and identify suitable supply sources.
• Build, maintain, and develop supplier relationships.

4. Coordinate and Synchronize Procurement Activities (Direct Materials, Indirect Materials, and Logistics Activities)

• Ensure the company always has sufficient raw materials for continuous production and business operations while meeting customer demand.
• Coordinate with the Market Development & Customer Relationship Department and the Production Department to implement orders, ensuring on-time delivery with optimal efficiency (raw material inventory, finished goods inventory, etc.).
• Optimize and align working processes with suppliers and business partners.

5. Negotiate and Ensure Supply Sources and Supplier Performance

• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and resolve any issues arising during the purchasing process to ensure optimal pricing, transportation methods, warehousing, etc.
• Develop supplier performance evaluation standards through KPIs (pricing, supply capability, etc.).

6. Manage and Develop Supply Sources and Partnerships

• Be responsible for managing the company's supplier network within the supply chain.
• Propose or advise the Board of Directors on solutions to develop supply sources and business partnerships.

II. Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or Postgraduate Certificates in Economics, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Development.
• At least 1 year of experience in an equivalent Supply Chain Development position within B2B industrial manufacturing companies is an advantage.
• Good understanding of raw material procurement processes, export sales, and domestic trading.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship development skills.
• Good understanding of international shipping regulations and customs procedures, especially sea freight. Ability to forecast fluctuations in transportation costs and effectively control logistics expenses.
• Strong knowledge of import & export operations, international procurement, and international B2B supplier sourcing channels in the industrial sector. Ability to analyze raw material markets, including pricing and market trends.
• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing). Chinese language proficiency is preferred.

III. Benefits

• Salary: VND 45 – 70 million/month (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience).
• Working schedule: Monday to Friday; Saturday: Remote working.
