1. Job Description

   • The position is responsible for processing daily accounting transactions, mainly banking activities and accounts receivable/payable, and for managing outstanding balances with customers and suppliers. This is a 9-month temporary role covering a team member on leave. Reports directly to the Chief Accountant.

   • Daily accounting & banking: Record and process daily accounting transactions, mainly related to banking activities and accounts receivable/payable. Check, review and verify accounting documents, invoices, payment requests and related supporting documents. Execute payment transactions through internet banking.

   • Receivables, payables & reconciliation: Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Perform monthly reconciliations of outstanding balances with customers and suppliers.

2. Requirements

   • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

   • Experience: At least 2–3 years in a similar accounting position, with hands-on responsibility for banking transactions and accounts receivable/payable.

   • Technical skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experienced with accounting software (knowing Mankichi software is plus).

   • Languages: Working English – basic communication, use well in reports, emails and bookkeeping entries.

3. Benefits

   • Salary: VND 15,000,000 – 20,000,000, depending on experience

   • Contract: 9-months fixed-term contract

   • Expected onboarding: early November 2026

   • Interview: One round with the HR Manager and the Chief Accountant, at the factory
