Job Description

• Manage and operate all LED/LED Chip production activities at the factory.
• Plan production, ensuring that schedule, quality, and output requirements are met.
• Control the production process, optimize productivity, and minimize defects.
• Manage the production team, assign tasks, and train personnel.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient production operations.
• Monitor and improve metrics related to quality, productivity, and production costs.
• Periodically report the production status to the Board of Management.

Requirements

• Male, with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing.
• Mandatory: Currently holding a Manager/Production Manager position at an electronics manufacturing company.
• Priority is given to candidates currently working at Chinese companies or who have experience working with Chinese enterprises.
• Experience in production management, assembly line operation, and human resources management.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure and guarantee production schedules.
