- Develop and expand B2B customers in the manufacturing sector (plastics, chemicals, raw materials).
- Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth with existing accounts.
- Provide technical and commercial consulting to customers based on production and application needs.
- Work closely with technical, production, and logistics teams to ensure solution suitability, product quality, and on-time delivery.
- Monitor order execution, support issue resolution, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research, track industry trends, competitors, and customer insights, and report to management.
Job Requirements
- Open to both experienced candidates and fresh graduates.
- Background in plastics, chemicals, materials, or related industries is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, learning-oriented mindset with a clear career interest in business development / technical sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- English (IELTS 6.5+) or Chinese (HSK 4+) is a plus.
Benefits
- Flexible working hours (sales-oriented role).
- Income: USD 600 – 2,000 + commission (based on experience & performance).
