Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations for import, export shipment, ensuring efficiency in freight handling, logistics coordination, and service delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of logistics processes, including air, ocean, customs clearance, warehousing, and distribution.
• Monitor operational KPIs and drive improvements to meet service quality and client satisfaction standards.
• Implement and maintain compliance with international logistics standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Identify operational risks and develop solutions to mitigate disruptions.
• Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager.
• Opportunity for promotion to Team Leader.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with a proven track record in managing teams and processes.
• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures, warehousing, and international freight operations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
• Fluence China is preferable.
• Familiarity with logistics certifications (e.g., ISO, AEO) is a plus.
