Job Overview

The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and expansion of the Smart Home ecosystem and integrated mobile application platform. This role will drive product strategy, customer insights, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful product commercialization and long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap for Smart Home products and ecosystem integration.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer behavior, and identify product opportunities based on user insights and industry trends.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI, Marketing, and Sales teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Manage product planning and execution from concept to launch.
• Coordinate stakeholders to ensure product quality, timeline, and business objectives are achieved.
• Participate in building product management processes and developing the Smart Home product team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Electronics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product/Project Management related to IoT, Smart Home, or Mobile Applications.
• Proven experience launching technology products into the market.
• Strong understanding of IoT ecosystems, user experience, and digital product development.
• Good command of technical English communication and documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working at companies such as VinSmart, FPT, Viettel, or IoT startups is highly preferred.
