Senior Purchasing Staff – Hung Yen
I. Job Description
- Handle both local and international purchasing activities to support production needs
- Collaborate with overseas headquarters to source qualified suppliers
- Identify potential suppliers and negotiate purchasing terms (price, delivery, payment, warranty, etc.)
- Implement cost reduction initiatives (VA/VE, localization planning)
- Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier evaluation when required
- Set up and track departmental KPIs
- Train new staff and perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
II. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Good communication skills in Japanese or English
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Solid knowledge of purchasing terms and international trade terms
- Age: 30 years old and above
III. Benefits
- Salary: 15,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND
- Working time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri + 2 Saturdays/month)
