Senior Purchasing Staff – Hung Yen

I. Job Description

  • Handle both local and international purchasing activities to support production needs
  • Collaborate with overseas headquarters to source qualified suppliers
  • Identify potential suppliers and negotiate purchasing terms (price, delivery, payment, warranty, etc.)
  • Implement cost reduction initiatives (VA/VE, localization planning)
  • Monitor supplier performance and conduct supplier evaluation when required
  • Set up and track departmental KPIs
  • Train new staff and perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

II. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good communication skills in Japanese or English
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid knowledge of purchasing terms and international trade terms
  • Age: 30 years old and above

III. Benefits

  • Working time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Mon–Fri + 2 Saturdays/month)
