I. Job Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the company's requirements for quality, pricing, and delivery time (in charge of the non-production / MRO segment).
• Negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers to ensure maximum benefits for the company.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with current and potential suppliers.
• Monitor and control supplier delivery schedules and product quality.
• Supervise and resolve any arising issues related to the supply of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with relevant departments (production, logistics, etc.) to ensure timely material supply that meets production needs.
• Prepare periodic reports on purchasing activities and supplier management.
• Conduct market research, and update information on pricing, material sources, and market trends.
• Propose solutions to optimize purchasing costs and improve operational efficiency.

II. Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in purchasing/procurement for the non-production/MRO segment; preference is given to candidates with experience in the manufacturing or mechanical industries.
• Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong skills in sourcing, evaluating, and managing suppliers effectively.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and communicate in Mandarin Chinese (HSK 4 or above).
• Good understanding of the raw materials and production equipment market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Honest, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

III. Benefits & Working Conditions

• Work location: Hai Duong, Vietnam 
• Working hours: Monday to Friday (08:00 AM - 05:00 PM) and two Saturday mornings per month (08:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
