Sales Coordinator

Report to: Sales Manager

Location: Ha Dong Ward, Ha Noi

1. Job Responsibilities:
   
   
2. Process all incoming orders/forecasts/inquiries to ensure accuracy and high-quality customer service.

• Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with the logistics department to secure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare quotations and contracts for clients as requested by the Sales Manager.
• Follow up on client payment status with the Accounting department.
• Develop monthly sales reports.
• Assist the Sales Manager in identifying, maintaining, and developing the client network.
• Execute tasks assigned by the Sales Manager within the client development plan, including but not limited to paperwork processes.
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required.

2. Candidate Profile:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Good command of English; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.

4. Benefits:

• Working Time: 8:0017:00, Monday to Friday
• Base salary × 12 months + 13th-month bonus (salary negotiable).
