Quality Manager

Job Description:

- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (ISO9001, TL9000, ISO14001).

- Drive process quality improvements, including SPC, FMEA, DOE, and QRQC activities.

- Manage customer quality requirements, handle complaints, and ensure timely closure of 8D reports.

- Oversee product audits, process audits, and supplier quality management.

- Establish training programs to enhance quality awareness across production and QC staff.

- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare reports for management review.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introduction and process qualification.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Quality, Mechanical, or related engineering discipline.

- At least 5 years in a managerial position.

- Strong knowledge of ISO9001, TL9000, ISO14001, and related quality standards.

- Solid background in SPC, FMEA, DOE, MSA, and other quality tools.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

- Fluent in Chinese

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems.

- Strong customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
