1. Job responsibilities.

• Manage purchasing and procurement activities for automotive manufacturing.

• Oversee supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, cost reduction, and material purchasing.

• Lead the purchasing team and report to Operation Head / Plant Head.

2. Requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in automotive manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of supplier management, sourcing, negotiation, cost reduction and material purchasing.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills with good supplier relationship management.

• Good English communication, MS Office/Excel and ERP/SAP skills; experience with OEM/Tier-1 suppliers is preferred.

• Candidates from the relevant Wiring harness industry.

• Prefer candidates from Wiring Harness / Automotive Industry only.

3. Benefits.

• Compensation: Includes a guaranteed 13th-month salary and annual salary increments.

• 12 days of annual leave per year.

• Working from Monday to Friday (8h00-17h40), with three Saturdays and all Sundays off each month.

• Shuttle bus is available for employees from Hanoi.

• All employees of the company shall personally contribute 10.5% toward social insurance. The salary base for social insurance contributions shall consist of the basic salary plus the responsibility allowance. The company will contribute the remaining 21.5% as prescribed by law.
