Warehouse Operations: Oversee and control all daily operations in both the Component (Raw Materials) and Finished Goods warehouses.
Task Delegation: Assign tasks, coordinate workloads, and provide guidance to warehouse leaders and sub-leaders.
Reporting: Consolidate data and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to Upper Management.
Budgeting: Prepare and manage the departmental budget and resource estimations.
Capacity Planning & Continuous Improvement: Analyze warehouse/operational capacity and continuously drive process improvements within the department.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Execute other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
Education: College degree or higher, majoring in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Manager in manufacturing companies.
Professional Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and import-export operations.
Core Competencies: Agile and flexible in problem-solving, equipped with logical and systematic thinking.
Working Style: Highly proactive, creative, and capable of working independently.
Leadership Skills: Strong team management, task organization, and workload coordination skills.
Language: Ability to read and comprehend English documents for daily work.
Benefits & Perks
Salary: 25,000,000 – 35,000,000 VND gross/month.
Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, plus two Saturdays per month.
13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave.
Full Salary & Insurance during Probation: 100% salary paid during the probationary period, with full statutory Social and Health Insurance contributions.
Social Insurance contributed based on 100% of the gross salary.
