Store / Warehouse Team Lead

1. Job Description

   • Manage warehouse/store operations, inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, material handling, and ERP/SAP systems.

   • Lead and supervise warehouse team, ensuring efficient planning and problem-solving.

   • Optimize costs and implement Lean/5S practices.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field.

   • 3+ years of experience in warehouse/store management, preferably in automotive manufacturing.

   • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, FIFO/FEFO, material handling and ERP/SAP.

   • Strong leadership, planning, problem-solving and team management skills.

   • Good English communication, MS Office/Excel skills; experience with Lean/5S and cost optimization is preferred.
