1. Job Description

   • IT System Management & Improvement: Evaluate the current state of IT systems, propose upgrade solutions, and optimize IT infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency.

   • System Implementation: Participate in the deployment, operation, and continuous improvement of enterprise system projects such as ERP, SAP, MES, OA, and other business management software.

   • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with relevant departments to analyze business requirements and deploy technology solutions aligned with production and business operations.

   • Documentation: Develop and update technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system management protocols.

   • Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance to ensure the stability, security, and high availability (business continuity) of IT applications.

   • Incident Management & Reporting: Prepare periodic reports on operational status, performance metrics, and emerging IT system issues.

   • Troubleshooting & CAPA: Track and perform root cause analysis on system incidents; implement corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurring errors.

   • Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders during incident resolution and work continuously to improve overall system reliability.

2. Requirements

   • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.

   • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT system administration, operations, or deployment. Candidates with hands-on experience in ERP, MES, SAP, or enterprise management systems are highly preferred.

   • Language: Fluent in Chinese, capable of effectively communicating and coordinating with internal departments and Chinese-speaking partners.

   • Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to drive effective system improvements.

   • Working Style: Detail-oriented, highly proactive, and deeply responsible.

   • Ability to work well in a team, collaborate across departments, and thrive under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

3. Benefits

   • Work Location: Hai Duong.

   • Salary: 20,000,000 – 28,000,000 VND/month.

   • Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, plus two Saturday mornings per month.

   • 13th-month salary and 12 days of annual leave.

   • Statutory Social Insurance, with contributions starting from the probation period.

   • Salary reviews and promotion opportunities twice a year.
