Job Description

• Synthesize, check, and reconcile accounting data across facilities within the system.
• Prepare periodic financial and management reports as requested by the Board of Directors.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable; check and supervise internal income and expenses.
• Manage and control input and output vouchers and invoices to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other relevant parties.
• Assist in reviewing and perfecting the financial and accounting procedures of the system.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a General Accountant position.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Proficient in accounting operations with a solid understanding of current tax laws.
• Detail-oriented, honest, and highly responsible at work.
• Strong teamwork and internal coordination skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in educational systems or chain-model enterprises.
