Senior PQE Engineer (HH~1100USD-Hải Dương)
Job Description:
Position: Senior PQE Engineer
Salary Range: ~1100 USD + OT
Location: Hai Duong
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct analysis processes and ensure procedures are implemented effectively.
- Assist in developing and certifying the ESD management system.
- Coordinate with colleagues at China factories to gather lessons learned (such as customer complaints, product returns, third-party and customer audit findings), and implement corrective or preventive actions when necessary.
- Report directly to the Senior Quality Manager on progress updates and support tasks assigned by the QA/QE Manager.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify suitable quality improvement actions and lead related initiatives.
- Perform internal quality system audits on production lines to ensure compliance with WTVN procedural standards.
- Provide support for customer audits, including preparation, pre-audit activities, and follow-up on feedback.
- Deliver technical and training support to staff in relation to quality improvement activities.
- Assist in equipment buy-off processes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in QC/QA roles within a relevant industry.
- Solid understanding of various quality control tools and methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in problem-solving techniques.
- Proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of ISO/TS16949, AS9100, and ISO13485 standards.
- Familiarity with ISO14001, OHSAS18001, and EHS documentation.
- Good understanding and practical experience in EMS manufacturing processes.
- Experience in handling customer liaison and follow-up activities.
Working Conditions:
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2 Saturday per month (8:00 AM 5:00 PM)
- Competitive salary and housing allowance.
- OT salary from 5 to 6 mil per month.
- 13th salary month.
