Position: Overseas Sales Manager
Work Location: Yen Phong II Industrial Park, Bac Ninh
Reports to: Sales Director / Head of Marketing

B. Job Description

Develop and implement individual sales objectives and plans based on the departments annual strategy.

Maintain relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and ensure stable cooperation.

Acquire new customers, establish business partnerships, and drive revenue growth.

Conduct regular visits to overseas clients to identify needs and handle complaints.

Collect industry policies, market trends, and customer insights, propose adjustments to strategies, and provide feedback to the company.

Gather and analyze competitor information to support market decision-making.
C. Candidate Requirements

Bachelors degree or higher in Marketing, Electrical/Electronics, English, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the semiconductor/microelectronics industry.

Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing), with the ability to independently communicate and negotiate with international clients.

Proficient in office software and relevant systems (e.g., CRM, ERP).

Strong ability in customer development, communication, persuasion, and business negotiation.
