 Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sales Execution and Product Introduction: Seek out customers, introduce products, and execute sales activities for the company's products within the assigned territory to meet set sales targets.

- Customer Management and Reporting: Maintain relationships with existing customers, develop new customers, update the customer database system, and report business results to management.
- Post-Sales Service Coordination: Coordinate with the After-Sales Service Department to contact, communicate, and support customers when needed, and record customer feedback on the quality of after-sales service.
- Market Intelligence: Update information on the current market (competitors, pricing, sales policies, debt management, after-sales service, etc.) to provide market/pricing reports comparing the company with competitors, as well as propose appropriate policy adjustments to meet market demands and maintain competitiveness

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduated from majors such as Environmental Science, Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
Experience: Approximately 3 years of experience in sales (selling machinery/equipment or B2B/project sales).
Language: Japanese language proficiency is a plus.
Skills: Ability to quickly grasp and solve problems, be proactive in work.

Personality: Confident, honest, and hardworking.
