Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand the local market for data center solutions in the assigned country
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with local clients and key stakeholders
• Understand customer needs and collaborate with headquarters to deliver customized solutions
• Collect and analyze market insights, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Provide regular reports and feedback to the global sales team
• Align with global sales strategies and ensure achievement of sales targets
• Support cross-functional collaboration between local and global teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, IT, or related fields
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in data centers, IT infrastructure, or related industries
• Strong understanding of the local data center market
• Existing client network is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or local language
• Strong self-motivation, ownership mindset, and result-oriented approach
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and collaborate remotely with headquarters
