1. Job Description

• Manage production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost control.

• Plan and oversee production schedules, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives.

• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve targets.

• Monitor production metrics and drive continuous improvement.

2. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 8+ years of experience in production management, preferably in automotive manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, capacity planning, productivity, quality, cost and delivery control.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making and team management skills.

• Good English communication, MS Office/Excel skills; experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen is preferred.

3. Benefits

• 13th-month salary. 

• All employees of shall personally contribute 10.5% toward social insurance. The salary base for social insurance contributions shall consist of the basic salary plus the responsibility allowance. The company will contribute the remaining 21.5% as prescribed by law.
