1. Job Description

   • Customs Declaration: Execute import and export customs declarations on the VNACCS/VCIS system.

   • HS Code Management & Commodity Policies: Research and update tax policies, classify goods, and correctly apply HS codes for raw materials, finished electronic components, and glassware/optic glass.

   • Settlement Reports: Prepare, track, and execute annual settlement reports (BCQT) specifically for Export Processing Enterprises (EPEs).

   • Customs Procedures Handling: Handle procedures related to scrapping, disposal of waste/scrap materials, or work directly with the Customs Branch during physical inspections of goods.

   • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, and Production departments to reconcile inventory figures, physical quantities, and import-export documents.

2. Requirements

   • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.

   • Professional Knowledge: Thorough understanding of customs laws and relevant specialized regulations.

   • Language: Fluent in Chinese across all 4 skills (equivalent to HSK 4 or above), capable of using it professionally at work.

   • Experience: 3–5 years of experience; experience in an Export Processing Enterprise (EPE) environment is highly preferred.
