1. Job Description

   • Manage and direct all business operations of the company; develop growth strategies, business plans, and control costs to achieve revenue and profit targets.

   • Manage cross-border logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, customs declaration, customs clearance, and border gate activities.

   • Manage both Vietnamese and Chinese personnel teams; establish performance evaluation systems, provide training, and standardize working processes.

   • Develop new clients, design comprehensive logistics solutions, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and strategic partners.

   • Coordinate with the head office, clients, partners, and regulatory authorities to ensure efficient business operations and strict compliance with legal regulations.

   • Control operational risks, resolve any arising issues during daily operations, and optimize overall operational efficiency.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.

   • Solid experience in logistics, freight forwarding, cross-border transportation, or supply chain management, accompanied by proven managerial experience.

   • Deep understanding of Vietnam – China logistics operations, warehousing, transportation, customs declaration, and clearance procedures.

   • Excellent management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; capable of working effectively in a multicultural environment.

   • Able to work long-term in Lang Son and willing to travel for business when required.

   • For Vietnamese candidates: Proficient in Chinese (fluent for business communication).

   • For Chinese candidates: Able to communicate effectively in either English or Vietnamese.
