1. Job Description

   • Develop and implement strategies to expand the Employee Benefits business, including Healthcare and Life Insurance.

   • Collaborate with the GD, GM, and related teams to establish and enhance healthcare products, services, and operational processes.

   • Identify prospective clients, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets.

   • Manage policy renewals, strengthen client relationships, and maximize cross-selling opportunities.

   • Deliver high-quality customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

   • Perform other duties as assigned.

2. Requirements

   • Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field. Having certificates majoring in Insurance is most preferred.

   • Having healthcare insurance experiences more than 7 years insurance experiences, with a focus on non-life insurance.

   • Leadership and people management skills.

   • Strong business development and sales skills.

   • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

   • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

   • Good command of written and spoken English.

   • Strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities.

   • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

   • Coaching and training skills.

   • Proactive, customer-oriented, and results-driven mindset.

3. Benefits

   • Salary package: from 50mil

   • 8 working hours/day, 5 days/week.
