Customer Service - International Banking (Payment Reminder/Debt Collection)

 Job Description:

1. Job Description:
  • Make outbound calls to customers based on the database provided by the company.
  • Contact customers who have used or are currently using installment loans, consumer loans, financial loans, etc.
  • Remind customers of their obligation to make payments on time.
  • Persuade customers to repay their loans in accordance with their agreed commitments.
  • Assist and guide customers with payment methods, locations, etc.
2. Requirements:
  • Age: Born in 1990 or later.
  • Graduated; no current academic commitments (evenings/weekends).
  • Confident and fluent communication skills.
  • Highly motivated by financial goals and high-income potential.
  • Positive and eager-to-learn attitude (No experience required; training provided).
3. Compensation & Benefits:
  • Average monthly income: 9,000,000 - 25,000,000 VND (Base salary: 5,970,000 VND).
  • Lunch allowance: 500,000 VND.
  • Commission: 5,000,000 - 20,000,000 VND.
  • 100% salary during probation.

Working Hours: 08:00 - 18:15 (1 hour 20 mins break). 4 days off/month (includes 3 Sundays and 1 day at month-end). Working on the first Sunday of the month is required.
